Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Monogrammed items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that our garments are crafted from lightweight, handwoven natural fibers. Variations in texture and weave are part of the character of the fabric and are not considered defects.

Due to the lightweight nature of white cotton fabrics, we recommend nude undergarments for the most seamless look.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
